***warning - long post***
It was quite the task getting all of our stuff in our storage locker and packed in the truck and our car. Our locker is filled to the max, it's a good thing Cameron knows how to pack things in. And the bed of the truck, the back of the cab of the truck, and our entire car was filled to capacity. But we did it! The only thing we lost on the way down was one towel, which was between the tie down and Tyler's bed. So we did good! It was a little sad to say good bye to our house. I don't think that house has ever been so clean. Thanks so much to my mom for coming up to help us. We really couldn't have done it without her. Well, maybe we could've, but Cameron and I might've gone crazy doing it. We ended up leaving a little later than planned, Tuesday at 4pm, but isn't that what always happens? So we got into Cottonwood around 12:15am. Not too bad, but man were we tired! Jill was wide awake when we got here, until about 3am. And Tyler woke up an hour earlier than normal, 5:45am, due to the time change. So it was a pretty rough night. Oh well! I think we've got him on a better schedule, and Jill is sleeping through the night again.
The saddest thing happened yesterday morning. Tyler was kinda having a rough day, and just whining and really being annoying with it, when finally he said in the saddest voice, "I wanna go home to our house!" So sad! The poor boy was really excited to get here, but he just wanted his house back. So we sat him down and explained that "our house" isn't our house anymore. He hasn't complained about it since, so maybe he understands now. Although about 10 times a day he asks to go feel the pool. It's just a little too cold, the water- not the air, for swimming. In a few weeks it should be great, but he wants to get in so badly! And the only thing that makes him understand its too cold is for him to actually go out and feel it.
Jill is happy Jill again. Thank goodness! She's so cute in her little tank tops and shorts. I still haven't had her outside to play though because I wanted to get her some hats- even though she hates keeping them on. So we just went to Wal-mart and got a couple for her. They're pretty cute, but I have to sew some string on the inside to tie around her chin, since she won't keep them on at all.
This morning, Tyler was watching "Hercules" (his new favorite movie), and Jill was taking a nap, so Cameron and I went and layed out in our swimsuits to catch some sun. Only 40 minutes total, and I'm seriously burned! So not fair because Cameron isn't even the slightest pink, and my arms and back of my legs are hurting. I guess it was bound to happen, better to get it over with now. I'm planning on being super good about keeping sunscreen on the kids because sunburns are no fun, especially for kids. And my kids whine enough not being sunburned!
We're loving being lazy! We're pretty much all the way unpacked. Thanks to my sisters for giving up their HUGE room (more like a mother-in-laws quarters), and letting us move in for four months. Cameron should be starting work soon. And Tyler loves having his aunts and uncle to play with. I think they like it too. And I love being able to spend time with my family. I've missed it so much. And so it means a lot to me to be a part of their lives again. I'll try and get some pictures up soon. I just found our camera today so I haven't taken any so far. But I will this weekend.
We sure are grateful for all of our friendships in Provo. Just because we're not there for a few months doesn't mean we can't all keep in touch over the summer! So have a good one, and keep us posted!

We'll miss you guys but I'm glad that you are having fun so far! I would love to lay by the pool and get tan all summer, so I don't blame you for leaving:)
I so hope you guys have a great summer down there -- and don't get too sunburned! I'm glad we got to see you guys before you left.
SO how are you liking Cottonwood?
So far so good! We've been keeping busy. Not as much free time as we expected!
